Whilst on holiday, I developed quite a taste for pancakes (cause well, they were free and tasted nice!)

WHat's the nutritional value of standard pancakes like (I mean it's mostly eggs and milk, right, gotta be some decent protein in there?)

If not, anyone know any decent recipes for higher protein pancakes that HAVEN'T LOST all the taste. I mean cramming them full of oats and slapping a dry chicken breast in the middle may improve the nutritional value, but if it's tastes bad, I might as well stick to my usual diet.

could add some whey to them ??

wouldnt have thought the nutritional value to be that good, as there is a lot of flour which is processed. Also they are fried so added fat. Protein is probably pretty low as the amount of egg per flour/milk is low.

At a guess I'd say high in processed carbs, moderate to high in fat, moderate protein.
