pc question

my mouse when ever i click on anything tneds to double click if im not on and off quick enough and if i double click it can tend to be a pain.If i shut down a window sometimes it shuts down 2 argh!! the mouse isnt faulty . Its a P Bell CO 3UP.With no ball.Im sure i remember somewhere there is a setting for how sensitive the double click is .Am i right its in control panel?

Deads= 120kg.Squats=130kg
Start weight-----10st-5lb 15%bf

Current weight----13 stone 2 10-12% bf
Goal---------13 stone 7 sub 10% bf

    control panel > printers and other hardware, is where my mouse settings are
