pct

Think I posted too many questions in last thread. Does anyone know if inhibit e and rebound reloaded will be sufficient pct for a 3 week, 30mg ed sd cycle. I plan to run the pct for three weeks starting the day after my sd cycle ends and then have 6 weeks off before contemplating another cycle.
I have done an sd cycle as above but lost all my gains (which where impressive, 8lbs gain plus traps starting to pop up) due to having never heard about pct before.

I'm 26 and been trainning 10 years now, I was eating the same diet prior to the sd cycle as I did after. I did'nt use any pct as I'd never heard of it untill I came across this website.

Without access to a SERM such as tamoxifen (nolva) or toremifene then you are left with the over the counter AI's.

They all 'work' but some have different side effects, those based on ATD can cause loss of libido in some.

    Rebound reloaded looks good.

In answer to the question are they ok to be used alone:

Depends on your cycle, I would be wary of running them after a cycle of something very suppressive like M1T, but most of the time they should be fine. The danger with using an AI for PCT is the possibility of oestrogen rebound when your PCT is over. If run alone I would suggest tapering down the dosage gradually to try and avoid this.

with regards to the original question, I would also be interested to know if Inhibit or Rebound are ok to be used alone

    Ck,

Thinking back I did'nt increase my calories after my cycle, just kept them the same as before and during cycle. Thought that if I increased calories after the sd I'd only end up with a bigger gut since the sd would'nt be working its magic anymore.
