In the morning mixed with porridge and some reduced sugar strawberry jam, or in some choc protien pancakes.

Goes well with cottage cheese or mixed in with some brown rice and choc casien protien powder.

Which is the best peanut butter for us?  ...can't remember the name of it, but I'm sure the one we normally have in the cupboard has pine-oil in it - is this bad?

Used to use whole earth which contains Palm oil (not ideal)

I now buy old fashioned peanut butter co (they sell it in sainsburys). No added sugar and all the fat is from peanuts. Tastes better than whole earth too.

I don't, much prefer almond butter, a superior fat source also, I mix it usually with oats, whey, and a drizzle of milk, makes a lovely snack.

If you love something let it go,if it comes back to you it's yours,if it doesn't it never was.

On rice cakes , wholemeal toast or oat cakes and in porridge or indeed as with others, straight off the spoon.

Oh and a peanut butter and jam baguette stuffed to the hilt is a glorious thing. Cheese ( preferably Wendsleydale) is  an option here.

No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4

I used to use Almond butter 90% of the time due to its better profile. However due to money and the fact i actually do like peanut butter ive moved towards it.

Got a 1KG tub for £4.50ish from BBW - where as before i was paying £2.40 for 170g Meirdian jar.
