PB is high in protein but high if fat (though can be argued 'good' fats)

Awesome snack on toast - celery and Jacket spuds. If your bulking eat shed loads if your cutting not so good. For extra calories in your shakes add a table spoon of PB!

Enjoy bro! (also its an essential ingredient in the protein bars reciepe)

No problems - add PB to the likes of vanilla banana adds a change of taste too (but avoid adding to strawberry.)
As the taste of pb is so strong you can get away with adding oats or oatmeal and it dnt taste cr@p.

    Happy blending
