RE: peck problem
I have no training plan at all. i used to everyday do about 30 situps and then use my weights for about 10 minutes. so what would you suggest i do. is there a good routine to follow that dosn't require lots of equipment. Any good routine to get my pecks up. I want a body like toxictoffee thats my aim so if you were ever skinny how did you get to that shape what sort of training routines did you do??
