pins and needles big time

Hi guys, every night every couple of hours i wake up with severe pins and needles in my left hand around the little finger area. I have to shake it off and go back to sleep. This happens every hour to 2 and would like some feedback as I am thinking about abandoning my test e 500ml a week cycle. I have only been on for 2.5 weeks and already seeing gains. Any one else suffered with this? Many thanks Andy

I have been using an ai 0.5 every 2nd to 3rd day. It is very strange how it is only at night. I will stop being a wet fart and man up. Cheers

Not common, but I know what it's like, I get it too.

I think it's from increased IGF1. Estrogen causes that, and high test means high estrogen.

Which is why people using GH or IGF-1 often complain of the exact same thing. Running test without an AI is like running a moderate dose of IGF1 along with your steroid. For most people the increase is not enough to cause problems, others are more sensitive. Of course this also helps with muscle mass and strength which is why when people add an AI to their test cycle their gains slow down, but if it's causing too much in sides then you have to compromise, better to have lower IGF1 and carry on normally than keep it high and not even be able to sleep, hell that's probably gonna harm your results more than the decrease in IGF1.

OP how big are your wrists? It happens to me very easily and I think it may be because of my small wrists (less room for the fluid retention inside the joint, so it pushes on the nerves).

BTW 0.5mg of arimidex (I assume that's what you're using) every 2 or 3 days is very little.

    lol

you're carrying too much water mate - as noted above use an AI. if you have nolvadex kicking about for pct take 3 now - or pop down the supermarket and get bitter lemon or tonic water as both contain quinine so will make you pi55 the stored water out.

basically the increase in water is in your legs when you're up and about but when you lay down it spreads out thru your body and it's putting pressure on a nerve in your arm - thus the tingly fingers

oh and when you get up and shake your hands, you disperse the water in your arm which reduces the pressure on the nerve so makes the tingly fingers stop. until you lay back down again and the water flows back into your arm lol

take and anti oestrogen or somethign with quinine in it and get prepared to spend an evening running back and forth to the bog to pi55 out 2L of water

you'll probably find your hands swell up a bit while you sleep - if you wear a ring it'll be tighter when you wake during the night

Cheers guys, last night it was just tingling everyso often allot better than previous nights, I thought 0.5 adex every 3rday would be enough. Didn't want to over do the ai. But last night instead of the pins and needles I was sweating my pants off. It was as if someone had chucked a bucket of water over my mattress. I initially thought I was taking a blend rather than 250 test e twice a week due to the sweats and increase in look so soon, paranoid the label was a different one. The joys of my first injectable cycle. Thanks for all the advice. Keep it coming. :-)

test can make you sweat man - especially when it's up to full dose in your system. which with test enan would be about 2-3 weeks in

    what week are you on?

I have pinned the 6th time today, about 200-250 a time, the reason for the fluctuation is because I lost some trying to get out every last bubble. I have since learnt my lesson regarding this. Therefore it has only been 2.5 weeks. But I was having night sweats after the first week, my Mrs commented that she nudged me to stop me snoring, next day she was really worried and said was i coming down with something as my back and neck was dripping. Obviously I haven't disclosed my new obsession and don't plan to. :-)

the snoring is also caused by water retention making your neck heavier and making it hard to breath

sweating is jsut caused by elevated test levels - try tren or dnp if you want to really sweat!!

get some anti estrogens in you

arimadex will stop further aromatisation of testosterone into estrogen but won't do anything for the estrogen already in your blood stream. nolvadex will block the estrogen already present from latching to a receptor and will therefore stop the side effects.

so i'd take nolvadex at least 20mg per day for the next week at least until the active estrogen already present has dropped

i'd take 40mg now tho mate to get rid of as much water as possible asap. then 20mg from then on for a week, see how you feel and look after that then stop and continue with just the arimadex

Cheers ninja, I will take .5 ai every other to every 3rd day, and will take 20 tamoxifen for the next week. I don't feel bloated and feel good. My niples where tender but was thinking that was when I dragged the weights over them like an idiot bench pressing dumbells, I thought felt a lump But think it was paranoia, it is a little lump but that's my nipple surely, I then push my flat palm over the area and thinking that if I did have any lumps I would then feel them. Flat palm I feel nothing. I've always had a fat chest that I think was gained through my teens and even when I lose weight I still carry it there.
Really appreciate your advice, I have noticed you on other threads with your sound advice. Cheers
