I didn't see you had this thread open aswell, but agree with the others, it is pretty terrible and will be shocked if you 'got' much out of it.
Day 2 is particually bad, with curls first and Deadlifts at the end!
Read the routines threads, have a look at Bill Starr or Mark Ripptoe for great routines. Also look at Citizenkanes routines his seem to be also well put together.
