please critique my diet

My aim is to to cut bodyfat whilst maintaining as much mass as possible, I have made the mistake of going too low with carbs without increasing fat before. I have visible abs, but am not ripped I would think my bodyfat is about 10% but I would like to get this lower.

I have a sedentary job, would it be worth reducing carbs further?, if so what shall I replace them with (on a budget lol!)

breakfast- 6 egg whites 1 yol, bowl of 'superfast' low gi oats, flaxseed capsule

mid morning- can of tuna, can of salmon, 50g pumpkin seeds

lunch- 2-3 oatcakes, can of tuna, pot of cottage cheese, can of sardines

mid afternoon- natural yogurt, can of tuna, 50g pumpkin seeds, 2 oatcakes

Train

pwo- 2 scoops protein, 200ml orange juice

Dinner- 2 chicken breasts, packet of 'uncle bens' rice

Night- 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 6 eggs 1 yolk, 2 scoops protein powder, flax capsule

    Where's cardio? ? ?

Lose the OJ PWO and just have whey protein in water then at dinner which will be your PPWO have the chicken breasts and rice.

Replace whey at bedtime with solid protein foods or casein blend.

pwo- 2 scoops protein, 200ml orange juice I'd forgo the orange juice in favour of a small amount of glucose, whole fruits are much less caloire dense and just as or maore beneficial than juices

Night- 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 6 eggs 1 yolk, 2 scoops protein powder, flax capsule

Your diet isn't bad TBH adress some of the issues I have mentioned and possibly tinker with it as you go if things need changed. You could do with adding more fruit/veg

    thanx for the replies

Cardio is after weights- I do about 45 mins 5 times a week and 60-70 mins once

As for fruit and veg I tend to stay away cos they bloat me right bad, get IBS.

There must be some fruit and veg which don't cause you problems? Site owner James specialises in dealing with food intolerances. He may be able to offer some help if you e-mail him. Fruit and veg are something you really should be consuming regularly.

I think it would be better to start getting up early and putting that extra bit of effort in.
