please critique my routine

yo. i currently train boxing twice a week, wrestling once a week and also do a couple of light sessions with technique.
here is my weight training routine - do u think it is suited to my training?

sunday - d bell flat bench two sets 0f 8
d bell incline bench 2 sets of 8
high pulls 3 x 6
lunges 3 x 12 super set with 6 plyometric side jumps
one arm row 3 x 8
hanging leg raises

wednesday
push press 3 x 6
weighted chins 3 x 8
close grip bENCH 3 X 8
one leg leg press
wood chops (cable work for obliques)

friday
d bell shoulder press 3 x 8
one legged squat 3 x 6 (done for power, meidum weight used, done as fast as poss)
cable flyes super setted iwth dips
bicep curl
side bends on cables

    Try something like this mate.

    Lower Body Strength Work

    Squats 3x6
    Good Mornings 3x6
    Lateral Lunge 2x6

    Upper Body Strength

    Weighted Chins 3x6
    Dips 3x6
    Close Grip Bench 3x6
    Hammer Curls 3x6

    Explosive Day

    Cleans & Press 10 singles
    Multi-directional Jumps, random directions
    One Legged Squat, done as you describe
    Hanging Pike/Leg Raise 3x6
    Woodchop/Oblique Toss/Full Contact Twist 2-3x6

    Very nice routine Pike.

    Could also add Military press to upper body day, and alternate the clean & jerk, with powercleans.

    cheers fellas. i've looked at a few other routines, like my mate's who plays rugby for northampton, and the loughborough football team's routines, and they all use 'whole body' routines rather than seperating the muscle groups. not sure why though
