please help make this the correct size so i can have it as my avatar!

Hi guy i got an PM an hour ago from partyboy asking if i can change my avvy to something from acceptable for MT  witch i understand and am willing to comply with. i understand there are female member of MT who may find my avvy insulting/offencesive 
 
but the pic i want for my avatar is to big i think the max used to be 20kb but now is 15 and my pic i want is 18 a so can someone make it the correct size for me or something? 
  
thank you very much im only trying to live with in the rules of MT!

    right click on the thumbnail where its saved in your pc. select edit, then scale image down to 80% or so...

    Then save, then if right click and properties of the thumbnail you can check the file size, keep repeating till got it to 15kb... simple...

    Weight: 94kg - Bench: 150kg - Squats: 180kg - Deadlift: 220kg - Clean & Press: 100kg...

    Editing in paint, you select image at the top bar. then sketch and skew...

    change the 100% to smaller...

    Weight: 94kg - Bench: 150kg - Squats: 180kg - Deadlift: 220kg - Clean & Press: 100kg...
