How they did it a clean diet and Clen, T3s test, cardio and weights.

Dont forget the first picture would have been pushing the gut out, soft lighting and fully carved up for bulk and non pumped. Oh and judging by the Farmers Walk not training legs over a lifetime.

And of course if the person is down to low levels of bodyfat like that on a regular basis they'll do it much easier and faster. They more than likely fattened up as fast as they could, took the photo and then went on an instant cut back to their usual weight using God knows what to help them on the way.

id say entirely possible, he's in decent condition in the first photo ( lower than 16% imo, more like 12%) no moobs decent pec line, turned front on with no lighting showing any detail and relaxed. 2nd pic exactly the opposite   , slight turn , tensed up , good lighting but not as low as 3.3 % (more like 5%)

TBH simply manipulating the pics can give you a massive difference between before and after.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if the pictures were taken in the same day.

Great link tac! Trust none of what you hear and less of what you see is right in this case :-)

Op- have seen this kind of thing before in magazines and it really is a clever illusion of unfit to fit, reality is that in the starting pic he is in great shape under the cover of a bit of fat. 8 weeks of keto and good photography could get him to the after pics no problem. 3.3% seems too low though.

"after 8 weeks I measured in at 3.3% body fat whilst gaining 6 kilos of solid muscle"

6kg's of muscle gain in 8 weeks whilst losing body fat? really?

I also think some don't calculate right. You drop fat% which means the muscle ratio is increased.....not necessarily having gained any muscle weight!!

Not sure about that. More like, If you gain muscle your bf% goes down with no actual fatloss occurring.
