pollock high in cholesterol?

Not sure if this is daft of me or not, but was browsing in the supermarket the other day and saw a bag of frozen pollock so got some and have been having it for the past couple of days.

I stick a couple of fillets on a plate with some frozen spinach or broccoli, 4-5 mins in the microwave and a decent meal with a handful of mixed nuts on the side for after........or so I thought, someone mentioned to me that pollock is high in cholesterol, which has me worried as I want to be healthy as well as in good shape to the eye.

Now I struggle to eat clean and though I had found something I could eat a fair bit of, say 400g a day 3-4 days a week, so 1,000-1,6000ish grams a week.

Is that too much considering the cholesterol?

thanks

Even if it was, I thought dietary cholesterol had no impact on serum cholesterol levels?

There's nothing wrong with consuming naturally occurring sat fats and cholesterol, and in fact this would be good for hormones.... The best way to work out what to eat is.... If man made it don't eat it.. If you can catch it or pick it or dig it up then its all good. (Obversely from the things that are not poisonous!!)
