power endurance?

just after some opions on a routine ive used for power, here goes 6power cleans 6 deadlift 6 bentover row and 6power shrugs performed one afta the oter wiv no rest x3?

    er... not great.

    splitting up powercleans and deads would be 1st idea, or alternate them every 12 weeks etc, unfortuneatley thats one of about 15 things that are wrong wih this routine [no offence]. there are tons of routines floating around this forum, many sport specific for rugby.... have a search for them [power+strength forum]

    try out explosive lifting (CAT aka Compensatory Acceleration Training)

    do 8set 3reps at 65% of max. Liftspeed is max and rest between 30 and 60 sec.
