    Yes eminently possible

look at Pudzianowski, Dymek or most any weightlifter under 105kg, usually very lean

The thing is some power athletes carry excess bodyfat as they feel more comfortable and may feel it aids their strength, but this is a choice not a necessity. There are many many lean power athletes.

    Just look at me...

Don't strength athletes and bodybuilders look essentially identical if they were carrying the same bf%?

Look at Pyrros Dimas : http://www.pyrros.gr/pagesgr/photogallery/sydney2000/4.jpg - look at how fat and bloated he is

    Marc Huster - http://www.marc-huster.de/

at the heaviest weight divisions the fat will act as extra leverage. below that there shouldnt be excessive body fat
