power porridge

heres a quick recipe i use alot 1 cup of porridge oats 7 egg whites 1 yolk and half a chopped bannana (optional)cook in sausepan on low heat till hot make sure you stir constantly. when done stir in 1 scoop of protein powder and serve. 60 grams of protein a good carb source + low in fat tastes good to (which makes a pleasent change) THE PERFECT WAY TO START THE DAY!!!

    try this
    2 scoops choc protein powder
    1 cup oats
    1-2 teaspoons instant coffee
    1 tbsp honey
    skimmed milk/water wahtever you like.
    ice cubes
    blend

    baddabing nutritious mochachino lol

    tried this, this morning...porrige with rice pudding in it...yummmm yummmm...great if ya bulking or if ya struggle like me to eat in the morn.
