Hi, i would also appreciate the same sort of info johnnymills.

i have been doing 5x5 but found progress slow. Started doing 1 supersets workout and 1 5x5 a week. These workout seem to complement each other well on top of other training for me.

Guys, I could probably get your email info from your usernames, but I'm v. busy right now. If you would like a free MMA routine designed by an expert (not me!) post your email.

Because it's a pdf document and is about 10 pages long! But don't worry about it, if you don't want it don't send me an email, if you do, do!

The workout Dano listed is a good one. You don't need an expert really bro. I teach MMA, and I can tell you that you ought to fashion your workout around what you want to achieve in the cage, be it speed or power. Remember also that you want stamina, not just power, so go out and do sandbag sprints, hills, et cetera to build up that aspect of your game. Simple compound movements in the gym, plyometrics, loaded sprints, you'll be alright mate! Take care.
