The workout Dano listed is a good one. You don't need an expert really bro. I teach MMA, and I can tell you that you ought to fashion your workout around what you want to achieve in the cage, be it speed or power. Remember also that you want stamina, not just power, so go out and do sandbag sprints, hills, et cetera to build up that aspect of your game. Simple compound movements in the gym, plyometrics, loaded sprints, you'll be alright mate! Take care.
