powerpoint help :)

Hey guys,

many of you may have remembered I started a full time job. one of my first breifs is to produce a powerpoint presentation that is just to be projected onto a few wide screen lcds outlining the courses available at the university i am working. i need to produce a slide on each course and some how time that slide to appear for maybe 30 secs then jump to the next, looping. any help will be great or im doomed to stand there with a mouse clicking away for 3 hours

cheers

They call me arms at work, I've never figured why???

Go to the Slide Show menu and select Rehearse Timings

It will remember how long you stayed on each slide

If you get asked a question during a slide it will throw you. A mouse click is safer

it depends on what your presentation is on about.

if your audience is taking notes then it is fair on them to give them time to write things down - in that respect your better off using the mouse click as exlpained above

however if it is a brief presentation then you can set up for the slides to move forward based on the time setting u set up
