Re:pre and post workwork
I have a scoop of whey protein before workouts whether I'm bulking or cutting ... usually with some low fat yogurt or a piece of fruit.
I then have 1.5 scoops of whey protein with 60g Waxy Maize Starch (30g on a cut) about 15 mins after working out, followed by a soild meal 45 - 60 minutes after.
There are supplements available for "increased pump" and all that crap, but I don't bother ... creatine might be worth while if you fancy it, but I'm a non responder.
