pre cardio supplement question

First thing in the morning would talking bcaa or glutamine or / and caffeine be ideal to prevent muscle from burning up or isit better to do cardio on empty stomach?

    To be honest i think there is reasonable debate to swing either way.

    Personally i just stick with doing it on empty, other than a drink of water beforehand.
