pre work out and post work out

what are you all eating for pre and post work out, also whats shakes are you having during this time aswell.

    Pre workout mackrel/2 slices granery bread or oatcakes
    Postworkout 100g whey in cranberry juice,45mins later chicken veg rice

    sounds not bad im looking for some variety as my pre work out was tuna with some veg then post would be a shake with some fruit then later on a proper meal.

    the other day i was a bit bad n had jaffa cakes pre workout though

    Pre = Rice, turkey and veg

    Train

    PWO 50g whey in water

    Then hour later = Rice and mackerel
    or
    200g cottage cheese, 100g tuna, 2 rye bread, sweetcorn.
