okay ive just come off a cutting diet and done really well went from 16 stone 12 down to 14 stone

but now i want to add some quallity mass as i put on a bit to much fat last time i bulked up so wanna avoid that if i can ( i know a bit of fat is unavoidible)!

been training for about 2 years one year serious!

I'm an office monkey aswell by the way!

    7:45 - wake 10g L-glutamine

    8:00 - 2 slices whole meal toast, 2/3 eggs 30g whey, bannana

10:30 - 2 slices whole meal bread 150g - 200g chicken breast, sweetcorn, low fat mayo

1:00 - half cup of basmati rice (before cooked), 150g - 200g chicken breast, mixed veg, tbsp olive oil or udos

3:30 - homemade protien bar, tbsp peanut butter, oats, egg white, bannana, 30g whey

    6:00 - pre workout - 30g whey 50g maltodextrin

    7:30 - post workout - 30g whey 50g maltodextrin

8:30 - half cup of basmati rice (before cooked), 150g - 200g chicken breast, mixed veg, tbsp olive oil or udos

10:30 - 1 slice whole meal bread peanut butter 30g whey

    11:00 - 10g L-glutamine

i think the main problem with my diet at the mo is to much whey and maybe to much bread

so any ideas for some good food before training and my last meal would be great thanks!

preworkout I'd ditch the shake as malto is fast acting carbs, I go for slow digesting carbs, some decent good fat and lots of protein.

Wouldnt personally have a pint of milk before bed.

Get a slower, solid protein meal with healthy fats would be a better choice.
