Ok at that weight id suggest baseline 1.5g of pro per LBM which works out to be 260g ED

Heres a meal plan id suggest, although i dont know what your RMR is etc i will suggest food choices for you to get results and you will have to alter portion sizes accordingly

6.30 6 wgg whites and 1 yolk 100g cottage cheese mad einto pancakes and serve with a handful of berries

10.00 150g coocked chicken and salad, actimel (move this up half hour if possible)

1.00 10g nuts or pumpkin seeds with 1 tin of tuna prepared with light mayo, selection of fibrous veg and make into a salad

4.30 pre workout. 1 tortilla wrap, 150g chicken, salad

    5.30 train

6.30 PWO whey in water with carb source such as dextrose, malto, oats weetabix or bananas

7.30 200g lean beef, 30g boiled potatos, brocali (needs more carbs mate 30g of spuds isnt nothing up it to 200g id say

10.00 tub of quark, cottage cheese, fat free fromage frais with some berries and your flax oil

in the fridge the pancakes will keep for a few days. Ias for prorecover i think there are better choices out there, doesnt need to be a branded supp to give you good results thats all
