protein in cooked ham + Milk, any good?

Was wondering if the protein in slices of cooked ham is the same full biological value as that in chicken, turkey or tuna? Also, is the protein I get from semi skimmed milk classed the same as solids, like chicken or fish?

if youre referring to the deli style cooked ham and thst stuff in packets then the answer would be no. Most brands include things like fillers and water to bulk out the weight of the product and as such will not be the same nutritionally. If you do decide to get ham be on the lookout for the magic words "reformed from" if you see these words it aint natural and its "mechanically recalimed meat" not nice stuff at all

Generally gammon, etc... is fine, maybe too high in sodium to be eaten every day, however the protein in gammon is generally fine.

The packet ham is not a great choice.

Cheers, you've confirmed what I was thinking on the ham. While I'm here, I remember seeing a list of good sources of protein but cant seem to find it, anyone got a link to it please?
