protein!!!

hey guys, i know thi question gets asked SO many times so apologies now!!!

i've been using Dorian Yates Pro Mass for bout 6 months. great tasting and REAL good value (£45 for 4.5kg).

my diet is REAL good too but not putting any weight on and haven't for a while now.

would changing protein help?

any recomendations?

looked @ MyProtein.co.uk's Whey Protein Concentrate 80 (NZ) but it's out of stock!! nearly ran out so need to order tonight (hate runnung out!).

    Must need improving if you're not gaining. Or you need to look to your training or rest.

    use the euro mate. NZ aparently doesn't mix aswell. post your diet up

    diet (religiosly!)

    6am cereal, toast, protein shake

    10am chicken breast, cous cous (bout 250g of each) shake (4 egg whites, oats, milk, banana)

    1pm chicken breast, cous cous (bout 250g of each) shake (4 egg whites, oats, milk, banana)

    5pm snack (beans on toats/bagels w/cream cheese & cold meats)

    6pm train
    protein shake straight after training

    evening- normal meal (always with veg, meat & some carb source. NO junk food)

    10pm fruit salad, protein shake



    have fruit during the day to snack on too.

    train every week day.

    84kgs!!! 8 kg in 17 days.

    there is your answer

    your diet is poor

    change that, rather than worring about your powder choices

    yeah stay away from NZ whey, its like glue, clogs your shakes up and mixes extremely poor.

    If looking for a direct replacement fort the above then look at our Impact Whey Protein (formley WPC80 (euro).

    Try cutting back on frequency

    Mon/Tue and Thur/Fri

    Or

    Mon/Wed/Fri

    Also, you need to add some good fats in your diet.

    Pro mass isn't a protein shake, its a weight gainer.

    change of diet it is! can't eat enymore than i do so will change it a bit.

    i was 10st in feb. i've gained 2st this year but haven't put any weight on for about 8 weeks. am i just at a dead point?

    food - any suggestions? (i HATE fish! last year i forced myself to eat tuna regularly and put a bit of weight on).
