protein mousse

*one serving sugar free mousse made up according to packet instructions
*one scoop vanilla protein powder

chuck it in a food processor and blend for 60 seconds. tastes a bit like mousse. makes a nice change from shakes.

    Sounds good i'll give it a try. Any ideas where to get sugar free mousse, looked in my local wallmart, they seem to only seel angel delight, do you need to go to a health shop??

    i get rowntrees sugar free jelly from the local sainsbury's. its located near the angel delight.

    If your whey is already sweetned, you can just heat some milk, stir in the whey and gelatin powder, blend and chill.

    I used to make that all the time.

    You can add banana and/or peanut butter if you wish.
