i am trying to eat alot but of what?
should i eat crisps and crap to take my kcal intake higher?
No mate, try and eat clean, ie. Oats, weetabix, chicken, turkey, lean beef, fish, sweet potatoes, wholegrain rice, eggs, whey shakes, veg, good fats, fruit. Theres loads of cals in a lot of them foods for you to pack on decent weight without eatin sh1te
Theres about 300 - 400 cals in a 100g serving of wholegrain rice, 2 of them in the day with a bit of sauce to make it taste nice and youve got 1000cals, its easy to bump up your cals without eatin crap
Table spoon of olive oil on your food will give you a lot more cals for example.
