protein shakes?

i recently bought some whey protein from holland and barett and wondered how much i can use in a day? is too much dangerous? and should i use it before, after ot both when im working out? thanks

    Use it PWO.

    Have solid, lean protein other times unless you need whey for convenience.

    Rely on food, not supplements.
