protein, taebo, mass
So, i workout everyday, a different part everyday. So i give every part a weeks' rest, i know some people have misunderstood that in the past. I use Taebo for my legs, glutes, and abs. I already have big legs, i just want to lose my gut, so i use Taebo. I workout my chest/triceps for an hour, shoulders/back for an hour, and biceps for an hour. I also consume around 150g-200g of protein a day...i weigh 160. I also take 5g of creatine a day. Does this look good? Can someone give me MASSIVE advice on how to build MASSIVE biceps and shoulders by Spring???? When the warm weather comes, i want to be able to wear tangtops and show off big arms and shoulders. Also, r u guys aware that there are people out there who work our just as much as you do, and dont take protein supplements, they just eat regularly, and get STILL get big? What are your thoughts on that? But most of all, i need the shoulders and biceps advice. Or if u know any supplements that help biceps and shoulders better than anything else. Im only 18, so no steroids.

Eat more than your caloric intake should be. do shoulder presses and tricep dips.

its genetics man.
also just read around the forum. people seem to post before they read, in the past month we have had 50 guys ask about bigger arms and chest type questions. I guess its because summer is coming up.
