protein types?

whats the difference between

Calcium Caseinate - Instantised

and

Milk Protein Concentrate - Micellar Casein?

just trying to decide which to order but i'm not too sure which one i'm after

i'm looking for a slow digesting one which i can use at bed time or if i'm going to miss a meal

    We would recommend going for Milk Protein Concentrate as it is more suited use in sports drinks (tastes and mixes better).

    CC = 100% casein
    MPC= 80% casein, 20% whey
