i've been recommended this by pike man but noticed the block suggesting dedicated push pull rather than vertical/horizontal. does it make a difference? i can only go twice per week though.cheers in advance.


Vertical Push/Pull (Deadlift variant, shoulder press variant, pullup variant)

Sumo Deadlifts 5x5
Push Press 5x5
Pullups 5x5

Day 2 Quads, Horizontal Push/Pull (squat variant, chest press variant, row variant)
Front Squats 5x5
DB Bench Press 5x5
One Arm Row 5x5
