pwo nutrition on a cut

Ok when trying to loose some fat after a cardio or boxing session , which are normally in the evenings , should i still have a carb/protien shake or just protien ?

stats : 5FT 10 tall 104KG
bENCH = 110 KG 5x5
sQUAT = 150 KG 5 X 5
dEADLIFT = 180KG 3 x4
sHOULDER PRESS = 100KG X 5

    depends on your whole diet really

    i have no PWO shake as i eat around an hour or so after i finish my weights

    How intense is the cardio and what is the duration? ? ?

    i would say very intense as its a mixture of boxing and boxing related circuits. I am lookin 2 burn some fat .

    You could have a little whey with some slower release carbs, such as weetabix, oats, etc...
