question about CHEST-EZE / ephedrine..and diet....PLEASE HELP !

Started on a cut today and about 1hr before the gym I took 1 chest-eze tablet (contains 18mg eph) and 1 caffiene tab (200mg).

done weights for about 40 minutes, followed by 20 minutes of cardio (then a protein shake, no carbs).

with a lower than maintenence calorie intake, high protein, low carb and average EFA diet....

would weight loss be accelerated with the 'chest-eze' & 'caffiene' tab ?


Also, do you take the chest-eze / caffiene tab when on NON-CARDIO days ?



any help is greatly appreciated !

    Yes. via 3 pathways;

    1)reduces appetite
    2)more enrgy for cardio/weights in the gym
    3)increases metabolism by a small amount

    Also, do you take the chest-eze / caffiene tab when on NON-CARDIO days ?


    Some do, some don't. I utilise it mainly for it's appetite supression so i take it every day (when on a cycle of it)

    Just to point out, try taking 1.5 tabs of chest-eze with a caffeine tab

    tbh, since reading some more posts on the subject, im unsure whether to just go on a cut for about 4 or 5 weeks and then when weight loss starts to slow, then add the eph.

    Thing is , ive been generally bulking for the last year and have accumulated some fat along the way, so this is my 1st cut (including cardio) so hopefully the weight loss will be quite good to start with.

    would it stil be worth taking the caffiene tab 1hr before my workout (without the eph)....would it make much of a difference ?

    cheers adil, really appreciate your help.

    got any good links or info on carb cycling (is it effective)

    carbs are low at the moment and i only have 2 starchy meals :


    breakfast i have oats and mid-day I normally have a small portion of brown rice or wholemeal pasta

    rest fo the day I keep the Greens high.


    so, if the carb cycling is 3 days low carbs then the 4th day, high carbs (or is it moderate carbs)...would these come from starchy sources ?
