tbh, since reading some more posts on the subject, im unsure whether to just go on a cut for about 4 or 5 weeks and then when weight loss starts to slow, then add the eph.
Thing is , ive been generally bulking for the last year and have accumulated some fat along the way, so this is my 1st cut (including cardio) so hopefully the weight loss will be quite good to start with.
would it stil be worth taking the caffiene tab 1hr before my workout (without the eph)....would it make much of a difference ?
Bench - 100kg for 6
Deadlift - 160kg for 6 (w/ straps)
