question

Hey,

Im 22years old and been going to the gym about 10months 3 times a week and getting very poor improvement if any at all.

Im looking to take some suplements to help bulk up a bit.

i know anabolic steroids are illegal so when i did a search i came accross one that says its legal

could some1 let me know if its worth spending my money on or is it a load of crap?

duno what to believe on these types of things now-a-days

    dont buy imo thats a scam

    i believe with a healthy active lifestyle and some good knowledge and aas/peps use etc that you can live a longer stronger better life.

    main interests: physique conditioning, bbj, muay thai.

    Having trained for 10 months without any noticable gains I would suggest that you might not have the basics laid down correctly.

    Once you can say that everything (i.e. diet, routine) is in order then supplements can be included.

    When I was a young boy, my father took me into the city to see a marching band. He said, "Son when you grow up, will you be the saviour of the broken, the beaten and the damned?".

    If you want to bulk up then use the cash to buy more food.

    You can consider using something like whey protein powder for its convenience.

    Have you been following the same routine over the last ten months?
