Now I don't know if I'm doing this right!!! After reading all the advices from everyone. I think it will be simple if I just tell you guys how's my everyday routine...
wake up at 7:30am
have a banana (or other fruits)
workout for about 30 mintutes to an hour
9:00 am:eat a oatmeal and then I drink my protien with water
11:30 pm: I eat peanut butter and jelly on white
2:00 pm: I workout again for half an hour and do half an hour cardio
3:30 pm I eat my tuna with white bread
6:00 pm I eat my dinner
anything after 7 I don't eat anymore, I pretty much be in bed at 10pm.
satureday and sunday and wednesday I rest from working out, but same routine as far from eating.
I would really appreciate the help I could get or advice...
