question regarding diet for newbie

hey i am new to the site even though i have been browsing through it for some time. i am about to start lifting and want to make sure i have a good diet

i am a 145 lb ectomorph and i wish to start a bulking diet so i have made a diet regimen to follow for the first week, which is 500 calories more than my maintenence level
i would appreciate any insight on how to fix and adjust my diet. the problem i am having is that i have too many calories in my early stage diet. According to the site my maintenence is about 2320 calories which means i need about 2820 calories. I have a fast metabolism and do not store fat easily, so i am also wondering if having 3200 calories is too many to start with or is it ok considering my body type, and also i have to walk often to classes so i am considering that as well.
here is my diet any advie would be great..... thanks again

Looks fine to me. Nice and clean. Plenty of calories spread throughout the day. Personally I'd swap olive oil for either rapeseed or flax seed oil as they are much higher in Omega 3 EFAs. Other than that with the right training & rest schedule you should grow well. Keep us posted.
