quick tip for those that train alone
Its been mentioned before but after doing it today I wanted to bring it to the attention of new people
Filming yourself while training!
I just filmed my deadlift, I thought I had good form but looking at the video I was disgusted with myself lol
I had more arch in my back then a scared cat!
I'll be knocking myweight down alot and filming myself again next week!
I'm amazed i haven't injured myself yet!
