RE: ran out of whey n need a snack recipe
Try eating peanutbutter, cottage cheese, milk, or any other products relatively high in protein. Of course it's not as much as the whey has but it does have a suffient ammount. If you're looking for something low in fat then try Fat Free chicken tenders. They are in the frozen food section. They are LOADED with protein. If that doesn't work then eat low fat/fat free lunch meat. Happy eating.
