rate the diet

ok so ive managed to pile on 2 and a bit stone in the last 8 months currently up 2 ,18.5 stone.wanna try to loose a bitta fat...heres the diet ive been following.(im work in an office with a kitchen,so can eat whenevr.

8am myoplex
1 sachet of oats so simple in it
9am apple or banana or nectarine.
10am small sweet potatoe
150g chicken
cup of sweet corn
12.30pm small sweet potatoe
150g chicken
cup of sweet corn
4.30pm small sweet potatoe
150g chicken
cup of sweet corn
train at 6.45pm drink water throughout.
8pm myoplex/creatine/BCAA
9.30 some sort of meat 50g protien
a carb source (rice/pasta/potatoes) 50g carbs
large cup of vegtables.....
drink 2-3 litres of water a day
i compete as a powerlifter so would like to get my wieght down,but i also compete as a strongman so also need to get a bit fitter....

    read the ripping up article mate

    that above is too difficult to read - but i replace the oat so simple with normal oats, that arnt loaded with sugar
