rating work outs out of ten

i would rate my last two as 9/10-these were my back and chest monday-legs tuesday

lifts;

bench press- 65kg-8
squat- 70kg-20
deadlift- 90kg-6
barbell curl- 25kg-5
skull crushers-20kg-7
lateral raises- 10kg-10

    Hey, on a serious note, try to remember why it was like that, what you did pre work out, the things you ate, the rest you had, etc. It's always good to be self aware, esp' with training.

    i see no point

    if you rank them on structure, they should always be 10
    if you rank them on effort they should always be 10

    if you rank them on performance, it shouldnt matter as long as the 2 factors above are 10s. the human body is too complex a machine to be on top form time and time again and unless you compete, rating your perfomance in terms of pundage is pointless becuase you cant be better each time, time and time again
