really new to all this, example of basic food plan im on, any help appreciated.
im new to this site and recently posted in the introducing forum and got advised to put up a basic diet plan for myself which i am currently following, i say following im not really following any specific diet i just try to eat healthy foods really and i dont drink alcohol at all.
right an average day for me would be
1 serving protein shake (http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/product_detail.asp?pid=742&prodid=788
) Met-Rx - Protein Plus
breakfast - could be scrambled eggs brown toast and beans, could be porridge or could just be some fruit.
morning break 10.00am
i always take fruit with me to work and bottled water so i am hydrated throughout the day also.
maybe 2 portions of fruit.
lunch - 12.30
usually i would have a portion of chicken breast with either a mixed salad with beans or bulgar wheat or brown rice.
sometimes i substitute the chkn breast for low fat mozzarella cheese ball and dice it up in my salad.
afternoon snack 14.30-15.00
again i usually just ear fruit or if i have saved some of my lunch finish that off.
16.30 finish work which i work outside cable jointing so i am on my feet all day, very active job.
get home for 17.30 and usually have tea around 18.00
this could be anything from homemade pizza with chicken or turkey and mozzarella topping?? homemade burgers with salad or bulgar wheat/rice, chicken breast with veg??
its never the same routine its jus really what i feel like making at the time but try to keep it healthy.
i will then work out around 19.00/20.00 for around 90 minutes, weights session every other day focusing on
chest and biceps one day, back and triceps another and lower body/ core/ shoulders another day!
i play football every tuesday for 90 minutes and from next month i will be playing tues and weds nights around 20.30 for an hour each night.
