really simple question requires answer

I've never sent a post before, but I wanted to know when you have a routine that says something like do 4 sets of 4 different exercises in a particular day, do you do all the sets for each exercise together or do you alternate between each exercise until you've done 4 sets of each?

thanks

If you plan to be a serious weight trainer you need to do all the sets of each exercise together.

You should always finish off all of your sets in any given exercise before moving on to another one.
