hi,
right iv'e had a chest infection for about 2 weeks , chest is still bit fragile but the antibiotics are working now and just wondering if anyone else has been in this situation recently and how they found getting back to cardio vascular training ? and weights ,( although think i will be fine to do a weights session, ) worried about how a run will affect my chest ?

I have struggled with a minor chest infection and rough cold recently. Don't do Cv and would avoid in this colder weather. Weights were okay. Took 5 days off at one point. Doing reps squatting in my belt was the worst. By reps I mean 5s as that's as high as I get lol

Just take it easy and get back into training sensibly :)
