i just came off of creatine i got a little stronger on it. i noticed that i got bigger from it. the one place that i noticed a change was my forearms. i was on some weak creatine i think. it took forever before it started to work and about the recommended time for me to get off of it was when i noticed it was working. i am going to get back on it soon and am going to try and better brand. i've heard that some people say it doesn't work for them though.
