    est something different

although rice and chicken can be beneficial there are plenty of alternatives with equally as good macronutrient profiles and many with better micronutrient profiles

    pasta and tuna and veg
wholemeal pita, lean red meat strips, salad
wholegrain bread with salad and egg in it

    the list can be endless

add a lean protein source to a carb source and add fat if you want
make sure you have the macro and micros you need and be creative

Campbell 98% fat free condensed soups make a great sauce.

Do you like thai or chinese food? If so, there are hundreds of variations of chicken and rice flavours and recipes, you'd never get bored of them (i'd never anyway). In an ideal world i'd eat chicken and rice everyday (if i could be bothered to cook).

Fried the chicken with a few spray of oil.
