rob riches

what are your thoughts on this guys training principles and methods. i changed up my bicep routine about two month ago inspired by one of this guys work outs and ive noticed a massive improvment on how my biceps look now. well impressed.

id rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal labotomy!!!!

    Only problem there is no one on m/talk trains their biceps

    Hes good at what he does, his fitness modelling etc.

    I havent actually seen his biceps workouts but he is someone relatively good for a new trainer to take advice from regarding training.
    Depends on what level you're at really and how much intensity you want to train with. At the end of the day, biceps are just biceps...smash them with most things in the gym and they will grow.
    'How much', depends on your training, nutrition, but mainly with a musclegroup such as biceps = genetic.
