rolling thunder Q

should i do heavy singles with the rolling thunder or timed holds to gain the best from it. also anybody that has used one did you find that your recovery for regular deads suffered or does it not really hit the same way

    Seems easy enough to make one of these for about a fiver or so, might give it a go some time.

    you could do things like "dumbell" rows with it as well - would work the timed hold part as well as get you a back workout!

    cheers johhny i cant wait to start using it on monday. i think i will go for heavy singles or doubles. got to get used to thick bar stuff again

    bought an ironmind one with a home made loading pin. looks very good. i often wondered why they said nobody had deadlifted 300 on one until you see the handle and the way it spins
