rotator cuff

hi,
 
ive got a pinch/pain in the side/rear of my shoulder when i lift my arm up or throw a jab! its not searing pain, but i know its there!
 
any advide?
 
ive just finished a 5x5 workout and ive been plagued with injury since!

    Rest, ice, ant-inflammatories initially to reduce the pain - you may need to see a sports physio to assess why you have the injury, rehab it and set you up with pre-hab.

    well ive stopped all pressing and dips and only doing neutral grip pull ups!

    wierd ive done the 5x5 an had to stop due to shoulder prob, been to physio, doin some rotator cuff exercises, staying away from bench. i been told to put a heat pad on it though not ice, so bought a hot water bottle to sleep wit.lol. done dips today to work the chest so see how it feels tomorrow no pain at mo or when doing it.
