rough cals of the following...

....2 fried eggs, 1 slice grilled bacon, 1 small white bun

Just interested, i think that'll beclassed as my cheat for the week.
I gave in, (ok it was pre-planned that i'd be having it) and joined the lads at work with a butty. They have one every fri, i normally pass

    was only a rough guess but will look at calorie king too

    eggs = 80cals each = 160
    bun = 150 cals maybe
    bacon = At a guess 100
    excess oil = at a guess 100, though probably more as 100cals of oil is only about 15ml of oil.

    so I'd say 500-600cals
