routine and diet. my final question!

i know ive posted lots of **** and i know you all will be angry at me on here recently but im now taking working out seriously. im trying to nail my diet and sort out my routine. so here it is..
 

day 1- push
bench
incline bench
bb shoulder press
close grip bench
tricep pull down
 
day 2- pull
deadlift
bb row
squat
bb bicep curl
pull ups close grip
 
day 3- legs
squat
deadlift
leg press
leg curl
calf raise.
 
Heres my diet.
Meal 1-
1 cup uncooked oats
4 egg whites
2 eggs
 
Meal 2-
3 tbl spoons peanut butter
2 slice wolemeal bread
banana
 
Meal 3-
4oz meal
2 cups brown rice
1 cup broccoli
 
Meal 4-
4oz meat/fish
12oz potatoes
 
Meal 5- pre workout
1 scoop whey
1 cup uncooked oats
 
Meal 6- post workout
1 scoop whey
100g pasta
 
Before bed 1 scoop casein w/milk.
 
btw im only 16, 140lbs, 5ft 8"

    on the training id take squats out of pull day and add in some chin ups instead otherwise looks pretty good
